- Solid furniture in usable condition (not broken frames or heavily stained upholstery)
- Tools and equipment that still operate
- Appliances that work — confirm whether a buyer will pick up
- Unused building materials (lumber, fixtures, tile still in boxes)
- Household goods that are complete and clean
