Required for dirt, soil, concrete, brick, block, masonry and rock loads. After disposal, Blue Sky reviews the weight ticket. If the load exceeds the included weight allowance, the applicable weight overage may be deducted from the deposit. Any remaining balance is refunded. If there is no weight overage, the full $350 is refunded.

Concrete and masonry are estimated at about 2 tons per cubic yard.
Soil is estimated at about 1.35 tons per cubic yard.
A few yards of concrete can outweigh a 20-yard dumpster full of furniture.
That is why these loads use a 10-yard roll-off.
Where do you see included weight and extra charges?
The quote for your delivery address shows the included weight allowance.
It also shows the extra-ton rate for that dumpster.
Read both numbers on your quote. They follow the size and the address.
After pickup, the disposal facility weighs the load.
Weight above the allowance is charged at the extra-ton rate on your quote.
That charge comes from the weight ticket after pickup.
