Qualifying online 10-yard heavy-material orders include a $350 refundable weight deposit. This is not an overweight charge.

Required for dirt, soil, concrete, brick, block, masonry and rock loads. After disposal, Blue Sky reviews the weight ticket. If the load exceeds the included weight allowance, the applicable weight overage may be deducted from the deposit. Any remaining balance is refunded. If there is no weight overage, the full $350 is refunded.

Why a small box for heavy material
Blue Sky’s sizing engine estimates concrete/masonry at about 2 tons per cubic yard and soil at about 1.35 tons per cubic yard. A few yards of concrete can outweigh a 20-yard box full of furniture. That is why these loads are locked to a 10-yard roll-off — not because the material is banned.

Included weight vs the disposal ticket
Your quote after a verified delivery address shows the included weight allowance for that dumpster and county. We do not print a statewide tonnage table here because it varies. After haul-off, Blue Sky reviews the actual disposal weight ticket. Weight above the included allowance can create an overage using the extra-ton rate on file — after disposal, not as an upfront overweight fee at checkout.
