What does your quote include?

Enter your delivery address. The form shows the price for that address.

You also see the included weight and the extra-ton rate.

A 10-yard roll-off, a 30-yard roll-off, and a rubber-wheeled trailer are different products.

Enter your address to see the dollar amount. A larger box is more space.

Front-load dumpsters are scheduled 2, 4, 6, and 8 yard containers in Macomb, Wayne, and Oakland Counties.

Use a roll-off for a one-time project. It includes 14 days. Front-load pickup follows its own schedule.

A roll-off includes 14 days. A rubber-wheeled rental includes 7 days.

Days past that are $25 each.

Extra days still depend on scheduling.

Which charges stay the same?

Extra days are $25 per day.

A qualifying online 10-yard open-top loaded with dirt, soil, concrete, brick, block, masonry, or rock can include a $350 refundable Heavy Material Weight Deposit.

Treat that $350 as a refundable deposit while the weight ticket is reviewed.

After disposal, Blue Sky reviews the weight ticket.

If the load exceeds the included weight, the overage may come out of the deposit.

Any remaining balance is refunded.

When the load stays within the included weight, the full $350 is refunded.

The deposit is for those qualifying online 10-yard orders.

Roofing, household junk, rubber-wheeled dumpsters, permanent dumpsters, and 20, 30, and 40 yard jobs use the normal quote.

Keep asphalt paving on the normal quote. It stays outside that deposit.

A mattress add-on is $45. A box spring add-on is $45.

Add them when you book. Each one is its own $45 charge, separate from the dumpster price.

How does weight change the bill?

Included weight is on your address quote. It changes by size and city.

After pickup, the disposal facility weighs the load.

Weight above your allowance is billed from the disposal ticket at the extra-ton rate on your quote.

Furniture can fill a container and still weigh little.

The calculator estimates concrete at about 2 tons per cubic yard.

It estimates dirt and soil at about 1.35 tons per cubic yard.

The scale ticket sets any extra weight charge.

Light household junk is about 125 pounds per cubic yard.

Mixed household junk uses 1.15 times that light estimate.

Loads with some appliances, books, or tools use 1.35 times the light estimate.

Wood and drywall are about 0.09 tons, or 180 pounds, per cubic yard.

Brush is about 0.04 tons per cubic yard.

Brush mixed with sod or dirt is about 0.12 tons per cubic yard.

One weight-guide example uses 2 tons included and 2.5 tons actual, which is 0.5 ton over.

Read the included weight on your quote. The 2-ton figure is only an example.

Which dumpster are you paying for?

Roll-off sizes are 10, 20, 30, and 40 yard.

The 40-yard is the maximum volume size.

It has the same 5-ton capacity as the 30-yard.

Use it for large construction, demolition, warehouse cleanouts, and estate cleanouts.

For a normal roof, use a 10, 20, or 30 yard. Heavy dirt and concrete stay in a 10-yard.

Rubber-wheeled sizes are 10, 20, and 30 yard, for driveway placement where that service is available.

If your county is missing from this list, choose a roll-off.

Dirt, soil, concrete, brick, block, masonry, and rock use a 10-yard open-top roll-off only.

Use the price for the address you type. A yard-size price from another city is for that city.

The form recalculates for the address you type.

Use the tonnage number on your quote.

The weight guide’s 2-ton figure is an example. Your allowance is the number on your quote.

A 40-yard has the same 5-ton capacity as the 30-yard.

Skip rubber-wheeled pricing outside the counties above.

Skip front-load pricing outside Macomb, Wayne, and Oakland.

The 2-yard limit is 450 lb and about 24 bags.

The 4-yard is 850 lb and about 48 bags.

The 6-yard is 1,100 lb and about 72 bags.

The 8-yard is 1,600 lb and about 96 bags.

Those limits describe the front-load container. Your project price is the address quote.

A mattress you declare is a $45 add-on. A box spring is its own $45 add-on.
