Construction dumpster rental is for temporary roll-off service on active jobs — not the scheduled front-load containers used for ongoing commercial trash. Typical work includes new construction, additions, kitchen and bath remodels, interior demo, and mixed jobsite waste.

Dumpster options
Most construction jobs use a steel roll-off. Rubber-wheeled units are a driveway-care option when placement and estimated weight allow — the calculator applies the same eligibility rules used statewide, including a 3-ton rubber-wheel limit.

Weight on a construction load
The construction-and-demolition calculator asks how large the area is and whether the mix is mostly wood/drywall, mixed with some heavy material, or mostly carpet and padding. Light wood and drywall fill the box before they hit the scale. Tile, masonry, or dirt mixed into a C&D load changes the picture — dedicated concrete or dirt still belongs on the Heavy Debris Guide.
Included tonnage is shown on your quote after the delivery address, ZIP, and county resolve. Extra weight is reviewed from the disposal weight ticket. It is not billed as an upfront overweight charge at checkout. Read the Dumpster Weight Guide.

Delivery and access
- The truck and dumpster need a clear path — low wires, branches, and locked gates delay or block delivery.
- You are responsible for a location that can support the equipment. Blue Sky is not responsible for driveway, lawn, or subsurface damage.
- Street or right-of-way placement can require a municipal permit. See the dumpster permit guide and confirm local rules.
- Loads must stay level with the top rail. Overfilled boxes can be refused for haul.
