2 Yard Front Load Dumpster

Permanent dumpster rental service, also called commercial front-load service, is an ongoing waste collection agreement rather than a one-off rental. We place a front-load container at your property and empty it on a set schedule, weekly, twice weekly or more often depending on your volume. It suits any business producing waste continuously, including restaurants, retail, offices and apartment communities across Michigan.

Restaurants and cafes, retail stores, medical and professional offices, apartment and condominium communities, warehouses, and multi-tenant commercial buildings. Size follows volume rather than business type. A small office or salon usually needs a 2 yard, a restaurant or retail store a 4 yard, a busy restaurant or small apartment community a 6 yard, and a large apartment community or warehouse an 8 yard.

Most commercial customers start on weekly pickup, and we also run twice weekly, three times weekly and daily schedules where volume requires it. The right frequency depends on how quickly your container fills rather than on your business type. If your dumpster is consistently overflowing before pickup, either the frequency or the size needs to increase, and we will tell you which is cheaper.

Count your bags. A 2 yard holds about 24 regular trash bags, a 4 yard about 48, a 6 yard about 72 and an 8 yard about 96. Work out roughly how many bags your business produces between pickups and size from there, leaving headroom for busy weeks. Weight limits also apply, from 450 lbs on the 2 yard to 1,600 lbs on the 8 yard.

Yes. Business volume changes with seasons, growth and tenancy, and your service should change with it. Call or message us and we will adjust your pickup frequency or swap your container for a different size. There is no penalty for rightsizing. If you are currently paying for capacity you do not use, reducing the schedule is usually the fastest way to lower your monthly cost.

Paint, oil, fuel, solvents, batteries, asbestos, medical waste, tyres and appliance refrigerants cannot go in any commercial container, because Michigan landfill regulations prohibit them. Construction debris, concrete and heavy demolition material need a roll-off rather than a front-load container.
