What does dumpster size measure?
Size is the space inside the container.
Your address quote shows the weight allowance and the price.
Furniture can look full and still sit under the weight allowance.
A small volume of concrete can exceed the allowance.
Use a size page when you already know the container.
Use the calculator when you know the project, such as roof squares or a sorted cleanout.
Then enter your address for the quote.
Size a kitchen, a roof, or a house from the pile you have.
Describe the material, then compare the sizes below.
Which roll-off size matches the material?
The 10-yard is the only size for dirt, soil, concrete, brick, block, masonry, and rock.
A qualifying online heavy-material order on that size can include the $350 refundable weight deposit.
The 20-yard is for roofing, cleanouts, and remodeling. It includes 14 days.
Put a dedicated load of dirt or concrete in a 10-yard open-top.
The 30-yard is for larger construction and cleanouts. It includes 14 days.
Your quote shows the included weight for your address.
The 40-yard is the maximum volume size, with the same 5-ton capacity as the 30-yard.
Use it for large construction, demolition, warehouse cleanouts, and estate cleanouts.
For a normal roof, use a 10, 20, or 30 yard. Heavy dirt and concrete stay in a 10-yard.
